This partnership between Milwaukee World Festival and OnMilwaukee had a goal of building a new, regular event and encouraging participation via ticket sales.

We approached promotion via a multi-pronged attack that included pre-sale teasers, ticket giveaways, digital ads that are exclusive to OnMilwaukee, such as hang tags and full screen ad sizes, video and multiple stories highlighting each participating food truck leading up to the event.
The outcome
The inaugural event sold out in advance and the partnership was renewed for the following year with a plan to include even more trucks.
